IronMaster House at The Falls.

The IronMaster house is situated on a 7-acre lot that is rich with history. The site was developed in 1825 with an iron furnace powered by a waterfall on the property. There are State Game Land hiking trails adjacent to property and Cobblehaus Brewing Company tap house with spectacular views of the waterfalls on the property. The house was built in 1840 for primary residence of the IronMaster (Person in charge of the furnace). The home has original wood floors that include hand stenciling.

Country setting surrounded by working farms. We offer a two bedroom home with very large screened-in porch. Enjoy morning coffee on the porch as you watch the cows come in. Very peaceful, quiet setting with large yard. Get a retro feel in the pink bathroom. Recently upgraded laminate flooring throughout the house. Eat on China plates in the formal dining room or use paper plates with access to a grill. Less than 15 minutes to the Grove city outlets and 6 miles to the state game lands.

Going up the stairs we have a side view looking out an arched window into the woods. However, our favorite part of this home is the view from the wrap around deck!! It has a knock out Vista over looking our property and beyond to Marti Park! Did I mention that this house was once a true Amish Home?😉
