Very well located for local attractions such as the Bath & West showground and next to the village of Pilton, where Glastonbury Festival takes place. 300 yards away is renowned farm shop John Thorners. 6 miles away is Bruton for fine dining, cafes, the Hauser & Wirth Gallery, shops and boutiques. Glastonbury town is 9 miles away. England’s smallest city - Wells, is 6 miles away.

Little Manor Annexe - Beautiful Rural Location

A bright and airy two bedroom annexe on the side of our family home, set down a private drive in the little village of Downhead. Wonderful views of fields to enjoy at the front and side of the home and quiet woodland behind. Wildlife and farm animals are easily spotted. The popular East Mendip Way footpath passes the bottom of the garden, offering fabulous walks. With parking outside the door, the annexe being all on one level and having a walk-in shower, it is suitable for all abilities.

Easy strolling distance to The Kennet & Avon Canal, River Avon, open fields and Bradford-on-Avon town centre and all the amenities that the town offers. We are surrounded by fabulous pubs and places to visit e.g Chew Valley Lake, famous for its bird watching. East Harptree is a beautiful village with lovely walks and woods accessible straight from the door. The apartment is of a high standard with separate bathroom, bedroom and lounge/kitchen.
