The house is solar powered and is located in a fenced off secure zone with 24 hour surveillance. A borehole water system will see you through any water outages. We're also able to accommodate an additional two people on the property if required.

A bright and sunny family house in the heart of vibrant Linden. Cafes and shops are within walking distance. The open plan kitchen leads out onto a deck overlooking the large pool and views of Johannesburg. There are four bedrooms, three bathrooms and a guest loo. There is also a study with a large desk and high speed wifi. The sitting room has a 50 inch smart TV with Netflix and a beautiful view. We have a huge garden, a trampoline and a fabulous fenced pool (open from October to April).

The house is equipped with a gas fire in the lounge and a gas stove in the kitchen. The hot tub is not available due to loadshedding.
