Nice studio bedroom, best for single or two people (No children and or pets please) Very close to the beach (less than 100 meters), private lawn to sit and watch the sunset. 20 min from Tel Aviv by car. Small kitchen for small meals and snacks. Nespresso machine included. The room is located in a very quiet area. Please no BBQs or loud music. Explicitly PLEASE No Smoking in the room. The place is cozy and suites for a couple/single or family with 1-2 children. The apartment is safe and protected .There are several bicking/hicking routes around Metar and in the woods.Just bring your bike with you. The house is surrounded with a lovely garden and a safe play ground for children.

בית מיוחד בשכונה הוותיקה, עם גן גדול משראה אוירה. זה מקום מפתיע בהרי יהודה עם עצים ותיקים וצעירים כאחד. הבית נח ומפנק במידה, מטבח מאובזר להכנת ארוחה. בגן ישנו מקום למדורה קטנה, ג׳קוזי ומקלחת חוץ, בריכת נוי ומפל, יש בוא דק נח למזרן יוגה ופינות נעימות שונות. מרחב מוגן - נמצא מרחק הליכה של כדקה במורד הרחוב. והערה חשובה: הבית נבנה רובד על רובד עם השנים ע״י אנשים שונים. תמצאו בו פריטים מיוחדים אנא שמרו עליהם, בהקפדה יתרה וגם על הגן בבקשה 🙏 :)

Very big and very beautiful apartment, brand new, 2 minutes walking from the beach. Sea view from all windows and balconies. The apartment is located In a very quiet neighborhood close to a green park also very close to shopping centers, bars and restaurants. There are some very good orthopaedic mattresses for a good night sleep and everything in the apartment is completely new !!!
