This one bedroom home is located in south Eugene close to campus. Easy access to I-5, minutes away from the U of O, walking distance to a locally owned grocery store, restaurants, wine shop, & one of Eugene's favorite parks w/ playground, running trails & public pool in summer. There's plenty of space to sleep up to four people, a full kitchen for preparing meals, & a large desk space & fast Wi-Fi for working from home during your trip. This home has all you need for an excellent stay in Eugene!

The Marion Guest House near the Willamette River

The Marion is in a quiet residential area. A newer elementary school is behind the home. The 253 sq ft guest house has a desk/chair, TV, queen sofa bed w/ 2 ottomans, twin bed, bathroom, kitchenette & closet. At the end of the driveway, parking is directly outside the door of The Marion - to the right side of the red bud tree. The Marion will be directly to your left. Additional outside areas include the round paver patio & the oak tree covered front yard is a shared space with The Grand Marion.

This spacious and private duplex apartment is in a very quiet neighborhood, centrally located near amenities and all the fun Corvallis has to offer. Located in a walking neighborhood close to campus, downtown, the hospital, grocery stores, and the tech firms. It has a private backyard, a large family room, a kitchen, W/D, A/C, wifi, smart TV (with Hulu, Netflix, Amazon, and more), a supportive queen bed, comfortable sofa bed (no crossbar), and a daybed that can pull out to make a king.

We are located 2 miles from the entrance to the Mary's Peak recreation area, the highest spot in the coast range. During winter, there is usually access to snow, only a 15 minute drive from our cabin to the top of Mary's Peak. Alsea Falls is a 25 minute drive. The coastal town of Waldport is a 45 minute drive, Oregon State University is a 20 minute drive away, and University of Oregon is 1 hour south of us. Cabin is on our private property where we live as well.
