Dobrodošli u Apartman First Mary, prostran i udoban apartman od 127 m² za do 8 gostiju. Tri klimatizirane spavaće sobe, svaka s vlastitom kupaonicom, pružaju potpunu privatnost i udobnost. Poseban doživljaj nudi velika terasa od 60 m² s prekrasnim panoramskim pogledom na cijeli Kvarner, opremljena biljarom, pikadom, roštiljem, ledomatom i vinskim hladnjakom. More, plaže i šetnica Lungomare udaljeni su svega 15 minuta hoda. Savršeno mjesto za opušten i bezbrižan obiteljski odmor.

Otkrijte savršeno mjesto za opuštanje u našoj elegantnoj vili smještenoj u mirnim Matuljima, blizu Opatije. Vila ima 3 prostrane spavaće sobe, 3 moderne kupaonice, unutarnji grijani bazen i vanjski bazen, savršene za opuštanje u bilo koje doba godine. Uz privatnu saunu, uživat ćete u vrhunskom komforu i luksuzu. Prostrani dnevni boravak i potpuno opremljena kuhinja idealni su za druženje, dok vanjska terasa i vrt nude savršeno mjesto za roštilj i uživanje na otvorenom.

Dobrodošli u naš prostrani apartman od 72 m², idealan za odmor u Opatiji! Apartman ima dvije udobne i klimatizirane spavaće sobe, svaku s vlastitom kupaonicom za potpunu privatnost. Uživajte na velikoj natkrivenoj terasi od 25 m² s roštiljem, stolnim nogometom i pikadom – savršenoj za druženje i opuštanje. Gostima je na raspolaganju i sezonski grijani bazen koji se dijeli s drugim apartmanom, a plaže i šetnice Opatijske rivijere nalaze se na kratkoj udaljenosti.

Apartman Ana Volosko by the beach

Apartment is located in a picturesque fishing village Volosko. It is a walking distance from the nearest beach (literally 2 minutes) that is very suitable for small children as well as grown ups. Volosko has a beautiful port, many restaurants, bars and galleries. Volosko is also the start of a great walking area by the sea - the Promenade of king Francis Joseph I. Habsburg (Lungomare - 12 km) that is filled with numerous beaches.

Veranda - Seaview Apartment

The apartment is situated close Opatija city center, only a few minutes away by car or an eight minutes walk. It consists of a living room, bedroom, a dining room, two bathrooms, kitchen, sauna, open space lounge, terrace, a surrounding garden and a car parking. Thanks to the fact of being in the ground floor with a surrounding garden you have the sensation of renting a house and not an apartment.

The Elfin Mansion is a magical family spot suitable for 8 Persons, surrounded by a Mediterranean oasis with a private heated Infinity Pool and Hot Tub. The villa is situated 2 km from Kastav, a romantic medieval hill town on the northern coast of the Adriatic sea, 6 km from Opatija the oldest tourist destination of Croatia and 9 km from Rijeka - European Capital of Culture in 2020.

Blizu centra Opatije i svih plaža ali dovoljno daleko od buke i ljetne vreve (distance 3 km). Zeleno okruženje, mir, privatnost. Najbliža trgovina 10 min pješke (1,2 km). If you want to wake up to the birdsong this is the place for you. Nice and green neighbourhood. Close to everything but still not in the hive. Vicinity of highway entrance for all directions (Istra, Briuni NP, Zagreb, Plitvice NP, North Adriatic Islands..). Close to the beach (5 min car drive). Nearest supermarket is at walking distance.

AuroraPanorama Opatija - ap 3 "Sunset"

For shared use with up to 4 other people, on the 2nd floor: rooftop terrace with hot tub and infinity pool 30 m2 water depth 30/110 cm, sunbeds, terrace furniture. Pool open 15.05.-30.09. Heated water. Parking space on the grounds by the house, always available and free of charge. Electric car charging possible (extra cost).

Our apartment is situated in a small, charming place just above Opatija. The location offers a peaceful getaway and a perfect escape from the crowds, yet it takes only 10 minutes by car to reach the center of Opatija and its beautiful beaches, and about 20 minutes to Rijeka, the third-largest city in Croatia.
