In front to the train station and to public transport the place is 1 hour away from Milan city and Malpensa airport, with direct train connection. A small indoor pool with a hot sauna cabin are available when the outdoor pool closes during cold season.

It lies in the exclusive district of Lugano - Castagnola, at the foot of Monte Bre’ , "the sunniest mountain in Switzerland", 50 meters from Lake Lugano, and with a splendid view over the lake and the majestic Mount San Salvatore. It is at the beginning of the idyllic path along the lake to Gandria, past the beautiful beach " San Domenico " and some romantic restaurants.
