Located in a nice safe neighborhood this house is about 2,000 sq ft and has everything you will need and love. You also can soak up the sun laying next to the pool out back, or you can take a 10 to 15 min drive and be standing with your toes on the white sandy beaches in Panama City Beach. The dock is large, with two covered boat slots with lifts. Seasonally, the boat dock provides good fishing. The neighborhood is safe for walks and family activities.
