Situated at 194 Grafton Street, Cairns City, this unit is a short, flat walk to the City Centre, Esplanade, shops and restaurants. It is an older property that was built in the 1970’s but has been upgraded internally. It is a lowset block of just four units in total, all managed by us.

The Kookaburra Lodge (aptly named for its feathered visitors), is a purpose built 1 bedroom apartment on a fully fenced 1000sqm plot, beside our family home.
