This cozy ranch has 2 living rooms, 2 bedrooms, an office, 1.5 baths, plenty of off street parking, a garage and spacious backyard with a patio area for kids and pets. Located in a quiet, walkable neighborhood near downtown Mansfield and close to many local attractions, shopping and restaurants. We are happy to accommodate requests if possible. Please give us at least 24 hours notice, as we both work full time.

You’ll have dining and shopping options nearby, a short trip to: Snow Trails, Reformatory, fairgrounds , historic carousel, city parks, & Mid-Ohio Speedway. Pets welcome with fee. There is ramp access to the front door for 1st floor BR and bathroom access. We acquired this house due to needing an office space in town. Other than the one locked room used for that, you’ll have use of the rest of the 1st & 2nd floors.

The Carriage House features a master suite in the loft with a comfy queen size bed and a separate sitting area with a 55" TV. The main level also has a youth suite in the transformed garage that kids and teens will love!
