Only an hour from Auckland’s north shore, the seven acre property comprises of two separate residences - the farmhouse and the cabin, each with its own separate driveway and amenities.

Your own three private cabins are nestled near 800 year old trees and joined with decks and pathways for you to wander and discover your bath. The Hayloft, by Donn Roberts Architects is a unique, stylish property just over an hour from central Auckland. Stay in the loft, enjoy an outdoor bath in the outdoor bathroom and shower, soak under twinkling stars and indulge in the magic of isolation. Down the road is a golf course, a beach is five minutes drive away, and for those wanting to adventure, we are ten minutes from one of the largest sand islands in New Zealand, take a day and enjoy a white sand beach all to yourself.

Set on a small lifestyle block just 10 minutes drive from Waipu Cove beach and 6-7 minutes from iconic Waipu Village. One bedroom with Queen-size bed, plus separate lounge area with a large, sprawling couch for relaxing & taking in the surrounds. Outdoor seating area to sit and enjoy a cup of tea & while taking in the view across the valley.

Moonrise was inspired by the movies of Wes Anderson. You will find it down a private country road in a garden filled with many birds who visit from the bush and nearby wetlands. At night the sky is full of stars. We have carefully crafted the cabins to provide a quirky off grid life and a tranquil experience where you can recharge in nature, read or play boardgames. The beach, along with shops and cafes are a 7 minute drive away and bush walks are just up the road.
