Welcome to our well-apportioned, sunny bach with a big back yard for the kids to run around (with trampoline). Clean and tidy with super comfy beds - read the reviews! It's a 2-minute walk to the lake front. Relax on the beautiful back deck at the end of your days of activities in the area. If you're a larger group and need another bach, check out the next door property, Waipoua Lake House, which is just as comfortable. Linen and cleaning is included.

Walking distance to the local shops for essentials and just a 5 min drive to the beautiful Lake Maraetai for swimming, boating, and fishing. Explore the Waikato River Trails and nearby Pureroa Forest Park. Take a day trip to Taupo just 40mins away.

Quirky, Bespoke Dam Cottage

Ivy cottage is a unique, artistic,quirky, perfectly imperfect, 1946 workingman's cottage in Mangakino. It has a welcoming,relaxing ambiance with its original wooden floors and colorful decor. It's rustic, homely and small. Unfortunately it is not toddler friendly. Breakfast ingredients will be supplied for the first night, including free range eggs when available, homemade muesli, bread and condiments. Tea ,coffee and milk are also supplied.
