The Pepper Pot Cottage at Rushop Hall

Nestling in the fabulous Peak District National Park, The Pepper Pot is tiny but perfect. It is the smallest cottage in the grounds of Rushop Hall but still manages to include a small fridge, microwave, toaster and kettle along with a large, modern shower room and toilet on the lower floor. Upstairs The Pepper Pot has a snug double bedroom complete with wood burning stove and views out towards the stable yard. Free off road parking is provided. Breakfast in The No Car Cafe is an optional extra.

Upside down stone Bothy on Marsden Moor

Long Fall Bothy is a gorgeous stone building on the outskirts of Marsden village in West Yorkshire. Perfect for a walking holiday, the Kirklees Way passes the property and the Pennine Way, Oldham Way are close by. A great place for mountain biking with the Transpennine Trail a few miles away and lots of cycle paths/trails on your doorstep. Local real ale pubs and plenty of cafes in Marsden village a short walk (15 minutes) along the canal. Beautiful scenery, views from the cottage are amazing.

Restored to a very high standard. Two minutes from pub, cafe, shop and start of Pennine Way. Goose Croft, tucked away in Edale

The setting of this cosy small detached cottage is beautiful and you feel quite secluded, yet the village of Edale is 1 minute walk away. From here you can enjoy the countryside by walking or biking, short or longer routes. A folder in the cottage has a selection of maps, which you are welcome to use and choose a route straight from the door. Your double room, with en-suite shower room, lounge and kitchenette are self contained. Walk out of the door and be on a footpath within minutes.

Torside is the closest dwelling to Peak Cavern in the stunning and 'other worldly' Peak Cavern Gorge. The Gorge is a SSSI and one of the Seven Wonders of the Peak. A further three renowned show caverns, 7 pubs, cafes and shops are within walking distance. The scenery is dramatic and ever changing as the weather rolls in over Mam Tor from the West. Temperature inversions create outstanding conditions for photography. The cottage is vernacular and decorated to English Heritage standards.
