Located in its own one acre plot which is fenced and gated. Hillcot is a working equestrian centre so plenty of horses and our friendly cute sheep.

Fantastic location, close not only to Worcester city centre but also practical access to events such as the Cheltenham and Worcester race course and Shelsley Walsh hill climb.

The unique Tin Shed has been designed using sustainable and recycled materials, featuring original art from local artists and filled with natural light. It is lined with wood creating a warm and natural ambiance and it also has a wood burner. A compact, well equipped kitchen, living space, ground floor bathroom with power shower and WC. Upstairs is a generous bedroom with Super king or twin beds, and beautiful views of rolling countryside from a picture window. Outside is a patio and fire pit.

We are delighted to reopen the dovecote after some essential improvements. We can now offer availability from this spring. A completely unique experience. This converted dovecote has a stunning bathroom, copper bath, wet room shower and beautiful double bedroom with terrace. Situated in a quiet but central location in Bibury with parking and breakfast. Near Upton on Severn and Malvern, there are plenty of eating opportunities if you don't want to self-cater. The hut is a 300m walk from the car park so pack light, bring coat, wellies and a torch; it gets dark here! Private compost loo. Private shower. Shared conventional wc at carpark.
