Il balcone, accessibile dal soggiorno, ha una vista molto bella sul prato verso Maloja. Soggiorno con alto soffitto con travi a vista, camino, divano e zona pranzo. Grande camera da letto con letto matrimoniale. Piccola camera da letto con letto a castello e letto singolo. Bagno con vasca. Garage incluso nel prezzo. Lavatrice e locale deposito sci al piano seminterrato.

Unser Maiensäss befindet sich in Selva und liegt auf einer sonnigen Terrasse mit Sicht auf die schönen Berge. Die Wohnung besteht aus 2 Schlafzimmern, einem Wohnesszimmer mit Küche. In der Küche hat es einen Holz- und Elektroherd sowie einen Kühlschrank. Das Badezimmer ist mit Dusche, Boiler und WC ausgestattet. Eine Waschmaschine ist auch vorhanden. Tiere sind willkommen! Zur Wohnung gehört ein getrennter Gartensitzplatz mit eigenem Cheminée. Unser Maiensäss wurde 2015 renoviert.

Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. Cozy apartment directly on the ski slopes, just cross the road and you are on the Corvatsch's skilift. With 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, spacious living room and fully equipped kitchen up to 6 people can live confortably. Located in quite Surlej just above Silvaplana's lake, 10 minutes by car from St. Moritz or 1 hour walk through the woods. In summer many bike or walking trails are waiting just outside your door.

In the very centre of Celerina, very close to the ice skating rink in winter which becomes tennis courts and a children\'s area in summer. Only 500 metres from the ski lifts and the station.<br><br>The 25 square metre studio apartment has a living and dining area. The sofas become the beds of the apartment at night. The kitchen is separate and has three electric hobs and an oven. The bathroom has a shower, toilet and bidet. The apartment does not have private parking.<br><br>

This is our family holiday flat that we use regularly and want to open it up to friendly guests who appreciate the Engadin and it‘s wonderful nature as much as we do. We are not a professional AirBnb flat, where everything is cold and like a hotel - you will find family pictures, the books we read (you are welcome to read them as well of course) and there will most likely be some stuff in the cupboard over the sink (like tea and pasta - please feel free to use and replace).
