Apartment Iva - where you feel at home

Our house is situated in the very centre of Malinska, hidden from the street, which gives you the privacy. You can park your car free of charge in the frontyard. A big terrace has the sea view. The apartment is only 2 or 3 minutes walk away from the beaches, shops, supermarket and restaurants. If you want to try yourself as a grill master, you have a grill in the backyard, with benches so you can eat outside. If you come with your bycicles, you can store them in our ground floor storage.

V starem delu hiše je spalnica, v novem pa dnevno bivalni del s kuhinjo in veliko kopalnico. Okolica hiše meri 1000 m2. Na njej je osem stoletnih dreves, ki lahko nudijo zašcito pred soncem. Okružen je velikom okućnicom sa puno zelenila, mediteranskih biljaka i visokih borova koje u vrijeme ljetnih vrućina pružaju ugodan hlad. Najistaknutiji dio ovog stana je velika terasa u dva nivoa( 20m2+20m2) koja je mjesto za boravak i uživanje u pogledu na more, zalaske sunca ,zelenilu i cvrkutu ptica s obližnjih stabala u svako doba dana.

The living room opens on to a balcony with a beautiful se view. One room has a double bed and the other has two single beds. In front od the building there is a free parking place that belongs to the apartment.
