The Long Mynd, The Stiperstones and Offas Dyke path are all within 20 minutes drive of the loft and all offer wonderful views of Shropshire & Powys - perfect for a walking holiday. The accommodation is very rural but easily accessible and apart from the sheep or cattle the area is quiet and peaceful.

Our holiday apartment occupies the top floor of the Old Vicarage, a grade 2 listed Georgian house with much older roots, located directly behind the church of St John the Baptist in the heart of the historic market town of Bishops Castle. From its lofty location guests can enjoy far reaching views over the town and hills beyond. Only a few steps to the nearest pub, shops, eateries and with immediate access to the Shropshire Way and many other walking and cycling routes.

This lovely barn is set in the midst of the Shropshire Hills National Landscape . With walks from your doorstep you can discover the natural beauty of the area or take time out on the patio and drink in the views over the lake to the Long Mynd beyond. We love to give you a warm 'perfick' welcome at Cwm Farm. We are situated on the Shropshire / Welsh border and run a smallholding. We keep a wonderful herd of pygmy goats and have three alpacas. You can sit out on the balcony, watching the sun set and enjoy watching them! Fresh eggs are readily available from our hens too.
