Hampton's Dream Suite- Is a guest suite in East Hampton, NY. From relaxing by the pool, to taking a day trip to Montauk, or visiting some of the best beaches in the Hamptons, the opportunities here are endless! It offers a bedroom with a Queen size Select Comfort bed, living room has two queen sofa beds and a full bathroom. It has a Kitchenette, Central AC/Heat with a 65" smart TV with surround sound and DVD, Blue ray and Xbox Games . There is also at TV and blue Ray player in the bedroom.

East Hampton (walking distance to village)

Relax by the hot tub and fire pit with local wines or walk to the village for shopping and dining. House is just a few blocks from Serafina and the famous Nick and Toni’s. Complimentary cruiser bikes included to get around town. IGA supermarket is around the corner and gas grill is on site and ready to use. The house is also walking distance to the train station if your coming from Manhattan. The second bedroom features a Murphy Bed that folds out of the wall and over the couch pictured.

East Hampton Historic Home

Updated historic home that retains exposed beams and charm. Downstairs bedroom has a king bed, en suite bath, and door to deck. Upstairs bedroom has a queen bed, desk, with full bath in hall. Open kitchen features a breakfast nook and french doors leading to deck and stone patio with dining table, outdoor shower, and landscaped yard. House is set back with a gate and sits on a 1/2 acre with a nature reserve in back. Enjoy the Cookery next door. Easy access to town, bike to Egypt beach.

Sag Harbor / Noyack Pad - private STUDIO apartment

500sq ft studio apartment, with private entrance, private bathroom, outdoor deck area with table/chairs, private kitchenette (but no stove). Close to Noyack Bay/Long Beach. 5 min drive to Sag Harbor village. 15 min to East Hampton village. 15 min to Ocean beaches. Responsive host: you will be greeted and handed keys when you arrive. No waiting around. Host will respond to all calls or messages rapidly if any issues arise. Lockbox entry with spare key also for 24 hour access

Detached bungalow w/ private bath

Cozy, simple living, in separate guest house with use of amenities (shared with our family of 4). The bungalow/guesthouse features a Queen bed, its own private bathroom (shower), small kitchenette (countertop oven, micrwave, Keurig coffee maker & small fridge) and loveseat for relaxing. There is a dedicated separate outdoor seating area for guests. 2 Adult guests ONLY (no children) due to size of guesthouse and proximity to the pool. Please NO pets allowed since owners have pets.
