Erholung, Spaß, Unterhaltung und Sehenswürdigkeiten sind garantiert! Die Wohnung ist nur an Touristen (mindestens ein Volljähriger muss dabei sein) zu vermieten. Montagearbeiter und Berufsreisende möchten sich bitte eine andere Unterkunft suchen. Grillen ist aus Brandsicherheitsgründen leider nicht möglich!

Moderne und neugestaltete Ein Zimmer Wohnung in der nähe zum Europapark. Die Wohnung ist nahgelegen an einen Bahnhof und einer Bushaltestelle verknüpft. Der Weg zum Bahnhof ist 5 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Parkplätze für PKW's sind direkt vor der Unterkunft vorhanden (Privater Stellplatz). Der EuropaPark ist von der Unterkunft komplett mit ÖPNV nur 25 Minuten entfernt. Ebenso ist die Unterkunft auch für längere Aufenthalte mit einem ausgebauten Kochbereich und einer Waschmaschine ausgestattet.

The in 2019 builted 538 sq ft apartment is located on top of the garage of our architect's house in a quiet residential area 11 km away from Europapark. It has a separate entrance and consists of a spacious room with box-spring double bed (2m x 2m), sofa and dining area with unobstructed views of the nature (biotope). There is also a separate fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with a walk-in shower. Wi-Fi and TV available. Furthermore, there is a separate parking space.
