Although restaurants and shops are only a five-minute drive away, the villa feels peaceful and secluded. The Villa has fast Wi-Fi, fully equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms with attached bathrooms and boasts a spacious total size of 200 sq meters.

You'll find this charming 36 sq mt wood house amidst a quiet, established community. Wake to the sounds of nature and enjoy the garden view with its mature trees and vegetation. Enjoy sunsets from your own private lookout. Ceiling fans only, but AC is not needed on the hill most of the year. A 20-minute walk down takes you to a quiet, non-touristy beach. The owners live in an adjacent property, but your privacy is assured. A car or motorbike is needed. Single women, couples or LGBTQ+s welcome.
