Ferrarotti ligger i den sørlige delen av Piemonte, i distriktet Langhe, ca 20 minutters kjøretur fra Barolo. Området er kjent for det nydelige landskapet, vin, ost, trøfler, hasselnøtter og det piemontesiske kjøkken. Huset ligger helt usjenert, ca 500 meter over havet, med vinmarker på alle sider og en egen liten vinmark med Dolcetto-druer.
