Unique Grade II listed cottage situated in the quaint village of Churchtown. Please note that we have a strict NO parties/gatherings policy at the cottage. The cottage is refurbished to a high standard. The internal accommodation comprises of sitting room, diner kitchen and drawing room/conservatory. There is a bathroom with bath and shower facilities. The double bedroom is situated in the eaves above the sitting room. Externally boasts an enclosed rear garden and driveway for two cars.

A Luxury 1850's detached spacious Farm Cottage situated in the owners grounds down a quiet country lane in a quaint Lancashire village. Equidistant and a short drive (15-20 mins) to the sea side town of Blackpool and the historic city of Lancaster. Less than a 10 minute drive to Poulton-Le-Fylde. Pet friendly (£20 per dog per stay) with ample parking. Local pub 1/2 mile away.

Set in a peaceful area close to the popular market town of Poulton-le-Fylde which is home to excellent selection of independent shops and amazing choice of restaurants and bars. Stalmine historic village is close to The Seven Stars pub offering delicious food and local ales. The nearby seaside resort of Blackpool is within easy reach. Other places of interest include Lytham and St. Annes. The Lakes less than an hour away.

This is a beautiful cottage within the heart of Lancashire farming community. Surrounded by rural views. With two private gardens at your disposal and private secure off road parking. On a country lane, that provides quick access to Blackpool with its night life, attractions and illuminations in September, and only 50 mins to the Lake District. If you want the sea, its not far at all, with large beaches at Blackpool and the lovely upgraded front at Cleveleys is only a short drive away.

Stylish & Cosy Cottage Near Beach Lytham St Annes

The Coach House in St Anne's is a beautifully presented one-bedroom self-contained cottage. The beach is only 5 minutes walk away, the town only 10 minutes walk, and it's a short drive to the towns of Lytham and Blackpool. The cottage has an open plan kitchen, lounge and dining area, two comfortable sofas (one of them a sofa bed) and Netflix TV. Upstairs there is a large double bedroom with lots of airy space for a restful night sleep and a relaxed start to your mornings!

Coachmans House at Churchtown

This beautiful and quaint cottage used to be the coach house for the mansion just down the road. It was build in 1616. Pub is walking distance. The cottage has full gas and electric but also a wood burning stove. The cottage is set in the quiet picturesque village of Churchtown. Near Garstang. This property is pet friendly. Please contact me if you would like to bring more than 1 pet. I charge £15 per pet per booking extra (unless extra cleaning is needed).

Rhubarb Cottage - Dog friendly

Rhubarb Cottage was built in 1855 and is a quaint white cottage with a modern bathroom, well equipped kitchen and two bedrooms. It has views over Newers Wood and easy access to Fluke Hall beach. Situated in rural Pilling it is ideally located for access to the Lakes, Trough of Bowland, Lancaster and seaside resort of Blackpool. This is the perfect base for cycling or rambling along the coast or into the countryside along with exploring the historic surroundings.

Lowfield Barn

Set in private grounds, with plenty of room for families (and pets!), Lowfield is a converted barn, which is close to Lancaster University and an ideal base for exploring the North West and Lake District. The accommodation has 3 double bedrooms (1 twin), 2 bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen/diner, utility and garden room/lounge. Public transport links to Lancaster, ample parking and local knowledge for exploring the North West!
