Enjoy all that Ky Lake area has to offer! Condo is located at Big Bear Resort. It has an open concept living area, 3 bedrooms, 2 baths & fully equipped kitchen. The living space extends to the deck, overlooking the lake, with additional seating & gas grill. There are queen beds in 2 of the bedrooms; 2 full beds in the third. Washer/dryer are available for your use. The condo is a one-floor unit, with 3 parking spaces (one at the front door; 2 in the rear). There are 3 stairs at the front.

"My Happy Place" at Lake Barkley is a great opportunity to getaway with that special someone for a little rest and relaxation. Enjoy the lake views, hot tub, or the quite time together sitting on the deck. Please be aware this is a 600 square feet, one bedroom cottage and it is connected to a second unit that has a separate entrance. The hot tub is exclusively used by guests in "My Happy Place." NO BOAT DOCK at this home. (Mineral Mound State Park boat ramp and Kuttawa Marina are close.)

Just 3 miles from I-24 and walking distance to Patti’s. Enjoy your stay within walking distance of all that Grand Rivers has to offer. Convenience is key here with delicious Cabin Pizza right in the same complex! This cute, newly renovated little cabin apartment is the perfect spot for a couple (or a couple of friends!), hunters and fishermen to get away. Grand Rivers is a golf cart community - let us know if you would like to rent our cart to make getting around easier (and more fun!).

Eddyville Shopping and Venture River Water Park are 8 miles away. 2 queen beds, sofa and futon for extra company. Full kitchen, outdoor dining with a gas grill. Pets are allowed with owners approval.

Mermaid Cottage

Make some memories at this unique and family-friendly place. We are located four houses up from marina , so a 5 minute walk. Also 2 beautiful walking trails a park with playground and beach. This has a galley kitchen and roomy sitting area. It is a studio with a beachy flair! Bring your beach towels and kayaks and there’s room for a boat too or rent one! A 1/2 mile to many restaurants and water park. There’s also a canopy with out door sitting area.

With a beautiful view of Kuttawa harbor on Barkley lake and a short walk to the Hu-Bs & the marina, this condo is perfect for your family vacation at the lake!
