The ISLAND provides an amazing and unique escape that is truly one of a kind. This remarkable location is located only minutes off the highway and is less than an 1.5hr drive from Halifax. Enjoy the day exploring the shores and endless ocean views on land or in one of the kayaks or canoes provided. Spend the evenings with your favorite drink (and people) around the bonfire. Edgewater

Welcome to Edgewater. Our garden suite is a completely private,separate suite. Guests have their own private entrance. Overlooking gardens and lake, you may enjoy spectacular sunrises and moonscapes. Listen to loons call as they locate one another on the lake. The suite has a comfortable sitting room, with dining table, and equipped kitchenette ( toaster, microwave, coffee press, kettle), ( there are no cooking facilities). Off the sitting room is a cozy bedroom, and private bathroom.

The Tower Cabin at Tillys Head -a Place to Dream

Enjoy the lovely setting of this romantic spot in nature. The tower at Tillys Head is a unique structure built off grid high on a cliff on the South Shore of Nova Scotia, overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. Anyone who is looking for a place to unwind and leave the real world behind for a while will fall in love with this special place.Be aware that this is a rustic cabin, not a luxury accommodation. A 10 min walk through the woods is required to get from the parking lot to the cabin.
