Sovrummen finns i nedre plan med ett rymligt badrum samt ytterligare en separat toalett med handfat. Skjutdörrar ut mot trädgård och uteplats ger ett extra rum vår och sommar. Boendet passar fint för familj eller kollegor på arbetsresa. Parkering finns i kvarteret 6 kr/timme dagtid vardagar. Söndag ingen avgift. Bra wifi. Studsmatta i trädgården.

Stugan har ett sovloft, sovrum, modernt badrum och ett mysigt vardagsrum med en öppen spis för kvällar framför brasan. Elbilsladdstation på parkeringen✅ Rekommenderat för par / familjer. Fester ej tillåtna och det är viktigt att inte hålla hög volym utomhus på kvällarna efter 21.00.

There is wifi and Apple TV and a tiny bathroom. The flat is conveniently located next to Hardebergaspåret - bikepath that takes you to the city centre which is 30 mins walk or less than 10 minutes on the bus that runs frequently into the city centre.

Bus stop to Lund, Lomma Storgata, is about 700m from the house. Trains to Malmö leave frequently.

Liten trädgårdsstuga 23m2,centralt

Den lilla stugan i min trädgård är enbart tillgänglig för korttidsuthyrning, max 45 dagar. Den rymmer på 23m2: sovrum, vardagsrum med pentrykök och wc+dusch. Stugan är inte stor men ren och trivsam. I sovrummet finns säng 120 cm och i vardagsrummet en 90 cm-soffa/ säng. Stugan lämpar sig bäst för en person men det går även att bo två gäster i den.
