This beautiful little house is at times my working studio and at times it gives place to artists or non-artists who are looking for a quiet place to work or a quiet place to draw back or to come back to in the evening! It is a walk-down studio, which is very light because of the skylight in the middle of the room. Cafés, restaurants, stores and supermarkeds are all around. Public transportation is great and in walking distance. Coming out of the quiet backyard, the streets are very lifely.

Ideal for larger groups with up to 13 people, who can cook and eat together or play pool billard in the large living room which used to be a restaurant in former times. Located close to the famous Spreewald, you can go hiking, paddeling or do bike tours. The house has 3 ancient fireplaces and no central heating, but we provide electric fans. The kitchen is fully equipped including a dishwasher. 5 toilets, 2 showers.

Es verfügt im OG über ein Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett, TV und Schreibtisch, ein kleines Schlafzimmer mit Einzelbett und Schlafcouch für eine .Person und ein kleines Bad mit WC und Waschbecken. Im UG befinden sich Küche (keine Spülmaschine), Wohnzimmer mit Kamin und TV, Bad mit Dusche und WC. Der Garten lädt zum Entspannen ein. Kinder und Haustier sind herzlich willkommen!

Die Elbe ist ca. 400m entfernt. 200m entfernt beginnt das Naturschutzgebiet Alte Elbe Kathewitz. Große Hecken zu den Nachbargrundstücken und eine seperate Tür zum Elbdamm. Das Haus passt gut für bis zu 4 Personen. Mit einer Aufbettung gehen aber auch bis zu 6 Personen. Bitte dazu gern anfragen.

“Remise Graefekiez” – a historic brick coach house from 1890 with a private garden; once built for carriages, now a quiet hideaway and holiday retreat in the second backyard of Fichtestraße, right in the heart of the Graefekiez (Kreuzberg). The space is commercially registered and therefore not subject to Berlin’s housing conversion ban. The Berlin City Tax (7.5%) is listed separately and included in the final price. We use 100% green electricity.
