It has off street parking but is just 500m from all the cafes and restaurants in Jackson Street, or about 800m from a stroll along the beach. Well situated for public transport: buses in Jackson Street to Lower Hutt and Wellington, and just 1.1 km to Petone train station. Tucked away in Waterloo, 5min walk to Open Polytechnic, our private guest studio is cosy & comfy. Your own entrance & outdoor area in the trees & native bird life. A very comfortable king bed, ensuite bathroom (shower has great pressure!) & everything you’ll need to make a cuppa or heat dinner in the microwave. 2 minute walk to Riverside Drive, Waiwhetu stream & Te Whiti Park. Mustang cottage is a unique private cosy space with homely touches and secure off-road parking for larger vehicles and trailers. The area a is ideal for those needing to work or check in with work. 10 min walk to Woburn train station.

If you prefer to cook inside, a fully equipped kitchen is provided There is a self contained studio off the rear of the driveway. The studio has no access the cottage or its private deck and garden.
