EcoLand: A bioclimatic Family Villa with Pool!

This is a special, bioclimatic, luxury, three-level villa which can be used by families or large groups, for relaxing, quiet environment, green scenery, enjoying a natural pool and getting in contact with pure nature! No neighbors, no sounds, just you, the water and the trees! You can use it as a base for great sightseeing or just relaxing and forget your daily routine! The villa is composed from 2 separate houses, House A (above) and House B (below) but the price is for the whole house.

4 people INCLUDING infants !!!!! This studio of 45m2 is situated just outside of Corinth on a private property. Therefore you can enjoy quietness, privacy and Greek lifestyle. If you are into more action, restaurants, supermarkets, club etc., you can find it in a 5 mins drive at Loutraki and Korinthos. Also 1 hour from the centre of Athens, and only 100km from Athens International Airport. My place is good for families, couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers.

Cozy stone house in the heart ❤ of Loutraki

Enjoy your stay at this beautiful traditional three-level stone house that is fully renovated in the heart of Loutraki. Just an hour drive from Athens and fifteen minutes from historic Corinth, you can experience Greek culture and create memories that will last a lifetime. The house is just a short 200 meters walk to the beach and dining/entertainment/shops. This place offers convenience and relaxation to a group of 4-6 people.

Traditional Stone Guesthouse

The house was built before 1940 and back then it used to be the house of the teacher of the village. The basement was the storage room for the resin. Only in 1975 me grandpa, Dimitris, was able to buy the house and the basement too, in order to use the entire building as a storage room. Then, in 2019, my family decided to transform the upstairs as an Airbnb room and the basement as a storage room for the wine and the oil.

This lovely stone-house was built in 1910 yet thanks to the latest 2022 renovation, it adheres to modern energy conservation regulations. The area has low rainfall and ample sunshine. Temperatures rarely drop to 0°C at night ranging from 6°C to 19°C in the day. Just walking distance to seashore and city center, you can relax and enjoy life in this tranquil and peaceful setting.

The guesthouse is located in an estate in a pine forest, 7 minutes by car from the center of Loutraki and 3 km from the main beach. Within 3 minutes you can find yourself at SPORTCAMP where there are many activities for children.
