If you are looking for somewhere unique to stay in a peaceful rural location our Igluhut is the place for you. Views of unspoilt countryside and Helman Tor situated at the end of a private drive.,. We are one mile from the village of Lanlivery and just 15 minutes from the A30 at Bodmin. This position gives you easy access to the north and south coasts of Cornwall and The Eden Project is just 10 minutes drive away. We now have a Zappi EV Charger that you can use if available, for a small Fee.

The Annex, Double Bed, Parking, Quiet.

The Annex is a private, self contained space adjoined to the rear of our house. It has it's own parking space, a standard double bed (195cm length bed wall to wall), shower room and private outdoor seating area. The mainline train is 5 minutes walk from The Annex. Lostwithiel also has a selection of pubs, a fine dining restaurant, Indian and Chinese takeaways, independent shops, riverside and woodland walks all within walking distance. The Eden Project is a 10 minute drive away. Adults only.

Manor House is grade II listed, set amongst an array of historic buildings at Botelet Farm, with a large private garden to the rear and views reaching across rolling fields and up to Bury Down iron age hill fort. Little Lea is a cosy, newly renovated studio apartment, with a mezzanine level double bed, compact kitchenette, bathroom with shower and free parking. A 7-8 minute walk down the hill will get you to the centre of the historical town of Lostwithiel where there are a variety of independent shops, pubs, restaurants, cafes and a small supermarket and the beautiful River Fowey. Lostwithiel Railway Station is a 5 minute walk, and is on the mainline from London to Penzance.

The Barn studio is situated next to the Main Farm House so you are completely private to come and go as you wish. We have an outdoor seating area opposite the Studio We provide Tea, coffee, sugar milk. My Farm is close to Eden Project, Lanhydrock House, Bocconoc Country Estate, Looe, Polperro, Fowey, Lost Gardens of Heligan, Charles town, Mevagissey, Lerryn, Bodmin Moor, Port Issac

Countryside views and airy light rooms make this space feel bigger than it is whilst being cosy and relaxing with wood burning stove in Winter. Off road parking with easy level access to the property and level access into Lostwithiel.

The Shire House - Blissful Joyful - Four Bedrooms

The Shire House is grade II listed and dates from 1780. Situated in the heart of Lostwithiel and with the river Fowey just 30 steps away. This is a Georgian townhouse with a walled garden full of sun. Expect lots of character, with contemporary design, and with up to the minute amenities. The minimum stay is usually 3 nights but do contact me if you are only looking for 2 nights as I may be able to accommodate you.
