This position gives you easy access to the north and south coasts of Cornwall and The Eden Project is just 10 minutes drive away. The Burrow is a quirky and snuggly little bolthole. Small, well behaved dogs are welcome. (No large breeds. Maximum cocker spaniel size, PLEASE respect this). Enjoy the fenced, enclosed garden with views across the fields. A short walk from the local dog friendly pub. kitchen, lounge with woodburner (logs supplied). Smart TV, wifi, king size bed, (electric blanket in winter), air fryer, shared washing machine/dryer, parking and storage for bikes etc. Private hot tub, (bring flip flops!)

Set on the edge of Boconnoc Estate and the outskirts of Lostwithiel you will find our large 1 bedroom converted barn. We are quite centrally located in Cornwall. South coast beaches can be found 5 miles away with the north coast being around 20 miles away. You will find so many things to do including walking, sightseeing, fishing, visiting many types of attractions. We offer a warm welcome and as much or as little interaction as you prefer. You will find yourself surrounded by nature.

It is family and dog friendly with a secure patio garden. One private parking space is provided. Additional parking is less than 50 meters away in the free car park. Beautiful scenic riverside and woodland walks are nearby as well as stunning Cornish coastline and beaches just a few miles away.

There has been a mill on this site since 1298 and in 2019 we completely refurbished the current 18th century milll to a very high standard to ensure a truly comfortable and magical getaway. The Mill lies in a designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty in Daphne du Maurier country, on the Fowey estuary.
