The front porch has seating and the private back patio has a lighted pergola, dining furniture, & Sandia mountain views. Balloon Fiesta Park is nearby & balloons fly nearby year-round. You can see balloons flying almost every morning from the deck or back patio. For an added fee a swimming pool and hot tub is available. Garage will be unavailable until September 2025.

There is secure parking for a sedan style vehicle, but it cannot accommodate larger vehicles like large trucks or SUVs.
