Wye River Beach Shack is a 2-bedroom 1950s beach house in the treetops with wildlife & ocean views, perfectly suited for a couple, two couples or a family. A short walk down to the surf beach, cafe/general store and pub situated on the Great Ocean Road. NOTE-there is separate access to the second bedroom downstairs and it is on its own key code. If you do not need second bedroom there is no additional charge. When booking both bedrooms for 2 people there is a $50 extra cleaning and linen charge

Stunning 50's Beach House

A beautifully renovated 50's beach house in a quiet setting within walking distance to the Swing Bridge and local shopping strip. A well appointed house with stunning views to Lorne pier and surrounding township. A second new living room has recently been added to provide additional relaxation areas. Bed linen and towels provided. The house is not suitable for children 2 to 12 years old subject to a specific discussion. We have a strict NO SMOKING policy for the convenience of other guests.

Centrally located, it is only 25-40 mins from Lorne, Torquay, Anglesea, Birregurra, Geelong and the attractions of the Great Ocean Road. Three hat restaurant Brae is also close by. The Chapel is a fully self contained, boutique style getaway for two. Situated less than 1k from the main beach and shopping strip. You will find everything you need for a relaxing break. Two night minimum stay with the exception where 1 night is available between 2 bookings. Also minimum nights apply to specific events and public holidays. EV charging is available from a standard weatherproof proof power point at no charge.

Sommerhausen - Lorne Holiday Stays

Endless Ocean Views! Sommerhausen is in a lovely quiet street in North Lorne, just 1 block from the beach. Just 200 metres from Sommerhausen (corner of Dorman And Duncan Street) is a paved pathway you can take to access the beach. A 5min stroll and you’ll be feeling the sand in your toes! Lorne’s supermarket, cafes and boutiques are a few minutes by car or a pleasant 25-minute walk along the beach.
