It has a large yard with outdoor games, bar, firepit and tables to eat and enjoy the fresh air! Also, it’s just a few miles away from Top Golf, Sunsplash, Quarry Park, and Thunder Valley Casino! Folsom Lake is 8 miles away, and we’re only an hour from the Boreal Mountain for fun in the snow!

Horton farm cottage located on 40 acres.

Located a few hundred feet from the Iris gardens at Horton farm, a six acre garden space with over 1400 Iris varieties. Bloom season is April and May. The cottage was built in 1945 on my family's heritage farm. She's located next to the old barn alongside a small Creek. Inside you'll find a fresh colorful landscape of hand made cabinets, concrete countertops and furniture. The heated and Polished concrete floor is ready for farm life. You'll be delighted in the vintage items and local artwork.
