The MOONLIT & SUNNY COTTAGE near Florence

IL COLLE DI FALTUGNANO: immersed in an olive grove on a Tuscan hills and with an amazing view of the valley, the stone cottage has been remarkably recovered a few months ago, a caravanserai a few century ago. In a strategic position close to Florence and Mugello is a good base for exploring Tuscany and be independent at the same time with supermarkets and restaurants just a few minutes away. Close to a farmhouse you can buy fresh local organic ingredients such as bio vegetables, eggs or cheese.

These upcoming 7 months will be the final season for MuseumSuite, in Jan 2027, the property will be sold and transformed into a private family residence. It has been an absolute honor and a privilege to welcome guests from all walks of life. La nostra splendida e accogliente casina è situata nell'incantevole paesino di Tereglio nella splendida valle del Serchio in provincia di Lucca a 6km dalla riserva naturale dell'orrido di Botri e a 10 km dal Parco avventure Canyon Park. La casa si trova nel centro del paese, il parcheggio si trova distante circa 60 m. Presenza di strutture ricettive. La casa è un ottimo punto di appoggio per visitare anche i paesi vicini come Barga e Coreglia, tutti e due tra i borghi più belli d'Italia.

Rilassati con tutta la famiglia in questa casa di montagna, immersa nel verde. La casa è situata all' interno del piccolo borgo di Montefegatesi a 850 metri sopra il livello del mare. Comprende un ingresso, una cucina con tutte le comodità, un salotto - sala da pranzo con vista panoramica dal terrazzo (TV e Wi-Fi). Un bagno con doccia, una camera matrimoniale con terrazzo e una camerina con due letti (culla e fasciatoio a disposizione). Un aia esterna, con tavolo, ombrellone e barbecue.
