A beautiful little studio in the magical Tuki Tuki valley. Incredibly peaceful and in a very scenic location looking over a small vineyard to the river. Handy to Napier, Hastings and Havelock North. A perfect location from which to enjoy Hawke’s Bay events. The studio has a small kitchenette but no cooking facilities. Bbq available. Perfect for short stays. The Pavilion

So close to the village, yet set in the countryside there are lambs in Spring and apple trees next door. Eggs are laid by our own chooks, bread, muesli and preserves are homemade. We'll suggest places to visit and restaurants if you want to dine out. Cool off in the pool in summer or take an expertly led yoga class! Take a trip to Hastings or Napier or walk the miles of tracks in Te Mata Park. Ocean Beach is just 15 minutes away and the Sunday Farmers Market just 10!

Located at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac, it is a15-minute walk to the village and too great Restaurants and shopping. This three-bedroom open Plan living home has two deck areas to relax with a glass of wine with views to the ranges from the main deck or relax in the Spa on the rear deck. The house has a fully equipped Kitchen and a BBQ on the front deck. The Master bedroom has a Super comfortable King bed with quality Linen and a fully tiled ensuite with dual vanity.

A twenty five minute drive to the Napier airport. Our swimming pool is situated behind the main house, 30 meters over the paddock.
