This house is a classic raised ranch on pilings. It has modern conveniences and beach-y decor. The location is great (2.5 blocks or 1/4 mile to beach)

This vacation getaway is centrally located on LBI in Brant Beach. Perfect for families, this 1st floor unit is only 6 houses from the lifeguarded beach. Just steps from the biking/jogging lane on Ocean Blvd. Daddy O restaurant/takeout/bar and St. Francis church and pool are within walking distance, while Beach Haven's shopping, amusement park, and water park are a short drive. Enjoy all that the island has to offer! Peak season requires Sat to Sat rental. 2026 season is from June 20 – Sep 5

A quiet street, our cottage is ideal for a couple or small family. Our family seaside escape for the last 15 years, this is not an impersonal rental property. Make yourself at home. Note that the house is a duplex, split down the middle of the house. We have wonderful retired neighbors who reside part time.
