We have a Ranch with a walkout basement. It's like an apartment within a home. The Donut Suite is the entire downstairs of our home. There is only 1 stair from where you park to the entrance of the suite.

Support reading and writing with your stay inside our literary arts center. Our one bedroom apartment includes a kitchen, dedicated work space, and private porch. Guests enjoy access to our salon, wrap around porch and gardens. Our salon hosts a rotating series of art exhibits, and readings, and provides information on the latest literary happenings in Iowa City, a Unesco City of Literature. We are a five minute walk from downtown. Free parking and a private entrance is available in the back.
