Welcome to our cozy, light filled bungalow in downtown Llano, TX! This modern space is made special with vaulted ceilings, huge windows, a screened in patio. Enjoy our eclectic book selection, spin our hand selected records, or sit under the 500 year old oak tree. Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. Comes with a boat ramp (good when there is water in the lake or for access to the Colorado River) and comes with a new fishing pier. There is parking under the carport or in front of house. The parking space in front of the house can accommodate an RV and has water and 50 amp service (sorry, no sewer for RV). Located in Tow, Texas, Fall Creek Falls is a hidden Hill Country gem where a scenic, seasonal waterfall flows into Lake Buchanan.
