Location, location, location!This open water vacation rental is located on LBJ waterfront and situated under beautiful Pecan trees on the popular Colorado Arm.The Pecan House on Lake LBJ offers easy access to the water & is the perfect spot to swim, kayak, fish, and just relax.The Pecan House rental is awesome for safe jet ski, water skiing, tubing & wake boarding.The Pecan House offers 4 outdoor zones. Totally remodeled and updated in 2025. Just walk in and relax, everything is taken care of.

The Bunkhouse room w/ private beach ON Lake LBJ

The bunkhouse is a private guest suite...separate from house, with private entrance, it's own shady deck, lake view, and lots of private beach. This is a NON-SMOKING property. This means no smoking anywhere.. Pets are allowed ( dogs) if meet guidelines listed in "other details". I will consider allowing 1 perhaps 2 dogs, MAKE SURE you read additional info in "Other Details" below.. I also have another guestroom space in the house that is listed on Airbnb that sleeps 2

Come see for yourself. (We are also out of the flood plane and we’re not affected by the 2025 floods).

The Cozy Lake Cabin is located on the peaceful interior of a peninsula with lake access only a short 100 yard walk from your cabin. Complete with Boat launch . You may beach your boat . Great swimming and fishing off the bank. Enjoy large fire pit by the water . Sleeps 2-4 and is fully contained . You can sit and enjoy the porch swing or light your fire pit. The swimming pool never closes. We rent another cabin and RV so it is possibly shared .
