Stabl Y Felin is a Grade 2 listed converted stable attached to a heritage corn mill, that has been lovingly restored using traditional skills and sustainable materials and furnishings. With it's 4.5m ceilings, the stabl comes with an airy bedroom with kingsize sleigh bed, en-suite with walk-in shower, sitting room with reclaimed kitchenette and breakfast bar, and a hayloft with a kingsize futon hidden on top for the brave. Inside it retains the old stone walls to our cottage which feature both in the bedroom and living room . It has been finished to a high standard and is ideally suited for two people but there is a sofa bed in the living area. ONE PET only . We are situated 3miles from the seaside town of NewQuay (Wales) with its sandy beaches and Dolphins. Walking distance of the Coastal path.

We are a working farm situated in a wonderful part of the Pembrokeshire National Park right on the coast. If you crave peace and quiet listening to the birds or the cows gently mooing come and stay with us! The Dairy is situated on our farmyard close to the main farmhouse with outstanding views of farmland and the coast from the large glass patio doors which lead onto the small private enclosed garden. There is direct access to the coastal path via our private farm track (a 10 minute walk).

Having free private parking for two cars it’s situated in the picturesque secluded village of Llangrannog only 650 metres from the idyllic sandy beach, with local amenities.

Our place is a self-contained studio flat on the edge of a little town. There is an excellent vegetarian cafe and health food shop 2+ minutes walk away. The town itself is bustling but relaxed with a friendly atmosphere. The river and castle are ten minutes walk away. The area is rich for places of outstanding natural beauty Our house is three hundred years old and has a lot of history. It stands just above the town and has some beautiful views over the valley. Open plan living area and kitchen are situated upstairs, to take advantage of the glorious views. The living area leads out to a decked balcony which overlooks the Afon Hawen Valley.
