Riverside guest suite on the lower level of our 4 storey house in the heart of Llanfairfechan offering a double bedroom, dining / sitting room with en suite private bathroom and courtyard garden, tea/coffee making, flat screen TV, microwave, fridge, iron and home comforts including two seater sofa. There’s two general stores and takeaways a couple of minutes walk, the mainline railway station is a 10 minute stroll. Breakfast is cereal, toast, tea/coffee and a cooked light breakfast.

The property is situated in a charming victorian coastal village, overlooked by the Carneddau Mountains and within 5 minutes walking distance of the beach, bus stops, train station and shops. Just off the A55 the property is in an ideal location for exploring the surrounding area and visiting places such as Conwy Castle, Caernarfon, Bangor, Llandudno or Snowdon.

Log cabin : sea views & easy access to beach/hills

Cabin with basic amenities in the garden of a pretty mid 19th century cottage on a quiet road above the old quarry village of Penmaenmawr. Outside seating areas, beautiful sea/mountain views. Shops/beach within 2 min drive/10 min walk. Access to the mountains, with the native wild Carneddau ponies, is v close by. Don't expect luxury - it's rustic (futon bed, with 'outside' toilet/sink with hot water, & outside shower of sorts). You'll be sharing the garden with my pets & me!
