It shares its home with the owners as it sits in a corner of their garden. With peacocks (very early hooting during Spring), owls, a woodpecker, cats and dogs, there is plenty of amusement. The stars shine brightly, the surroundings are wild and not manicured but it is a haven for wildlife and birds

Our campsite sits within the private 17th century country estate of Carreglwyd, just a 15 minute walk from the beach. Tucked amongst the trees, it’s a peaceful place to slow down, listen to birdsong, and enjoy the quiet of the woods. Close to spectacular stretch of coastline to explore, home to an incredible variety of birds and wildlife.

Anglesey Shepherds Hut - Cae

One of two delightful shepherds huts set in a working smallholding with fabulous views over open countryside towards Eryri / Snowdonia. This hut, Cae (field in Welsh) has a fold-down kingsize bed. The huts are warm and cosy with heating, their own en-suite showers and gas cookers. The huts suit couples or solo travellers looking for a quiet break, but we do welcome well-behaved dogs! Each hut has its own firepit and BBQ, outdoor seating and blankets so you can stargaze on a clear night.

With private stepped access to the beach, our home comfortably sleeps 4 across 2 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms, but can sleep up to 6 using the sofa bed in the second lounge. Enjoy sunsets from the decking relaxing on our sun loungers or find secluded spots on the cliff tops for even more privacy. The Annexe adjoins Ty Deryn Y Mor (also a holiday let), each has their own private garden, decking and path to the beach.
