It is ideally located for activities such as hiking, cycling, water sports on the river Dee and Llangollen canal or just relaxing and enjoying the scenery. A small-yet-perfectly formed kitchenette complete with a fridge freezer and double hob occupies one end of the cabin with an ensuite shower room at the other. Set in a cottage garden on a hillside above the town of Llangollen our lovely blue cabin has panoramic views across town towards Castell Dinas Bran and the Horseshoe Pass. Beautiful Llangollen is great for a break any time of year. Sit with a drink on the decking, or in front of the little log burner, and watch the sunset over the mountains, or the snow sweeping in along the valley. Take a glass of sparkly and have a bath under the stars.

Being in the area of outstanding natural beauty there are walks from the doorstep, but we're also only 35 minutes to Eryri/Snowdonia. The barn is not a big space, but is perfect for a getaway for two people. Everyone is welcome.

A ten minute walk away from the village of Caergwrle with its own "castle" and rail line Estyn Lodge is set in beautiful countryside and offers far reaching views over Cheshire and North Wales. The self contained accommodation is spread over two floors with the upstairs being accessed by a slim spiral staircase. There is a small private decked area to the rear with off road parking to the front. Road links to North Wales and Chester makes this an ideal location for a long or short break.

Lots of great walks in the area, also 'One Planet Adventure' is nearby offering mountain biking, walking and trail running.

Enjoy a relaxing stay in a perfect location which includes a hot tub and large open decking with seating surrounded by stunning views of the Dee valley. You are spoilt for choice with walks and outdoor activities. The house is a few minutes walk to the ChainBridge (historic pub/restaurant) over the River Dee Thursday Nights are always a discount price.

Stable Cottage

This end terrace cottage has a quirky style of its own. It has full central heating. Lounge is a good size with sofa and a matching arm chair, dining table, electric fire (log burner effect). It has a staircase that leads to a gallery landing and mezanine bedroom, with a king size bed, and en-suite shower room. The kitchen is very well equipped, with a washing machine, dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave, electric hob and oven. Ground floor W.C.

Mountain View Cabin

Modern one bedroom, dog friendly cabin in rural location with beautiful mountain views and walks. The cabin can sleep up to four people as it has a sofa bed, and is situated in the grounds of Lynwood which is the home of my husband Dave and I. The house has a sauna which cabin guests can use on request and at their own risk. We do not make a charge for the sauna and therefore don't provide robes or additional towels.
