Cwt Glo eco cottage Yr Wyddfa (Snowdon)/ Zip World

Cwt Glo is a cosy and peaceful cottage for two in Northern Snowdonia nestled between two mountain ranges the Carneddau and Glyderau. Cwt Glo is situated in a small village near Bethesda called Mynydd Llandygai. There is private off road parking next to the cottage. Cwt Glo is Welsh for Coal house and the cottage was the place where the coal was weighed and measured. The property has been both a farm and coal yard for the local area. Cwt Glo is a semi sustainable/off grid cottage it has a solar and wind system however there is the backup of mains electricity. There is also an LPG central heating and hot water system. The cottage has a wood burning stove to keep you cosy and warm in the evening after a busy day exploring the local area. We also provide the wood for your stay.

The Dairy stunning stunning views, surrounded by wildlife, often lit up by starlight, a unique experience! Close proximity to LLanberis/Snowdon; an ideal location for exploring, walking, climbing and Zip World The Dairy is a detached property overlooking a garden. the bathroom is not en suite but close by Bedding, pots, pans, crockery etc are provided The access is via long track, some people choose to leave their car in the village, but ring if you need a lift up with luggage etc Sorry no pets.

A bright & happy house. It has a lot to offer families, friends & couples. The living room is spacious. Brand new kitchen and brand new bathroom with shower and bath. I have a huge king size bed in the main room and a bunk bed in the second room. Outside yard with table and chairs. Llanberis has a choice of cafe’s, shops, pubs and restaurants. Snowdon View Shepherds hut
