It boosts a double-sided fire-place and hot tub perfect for the cooler nights, a wraparound deck, as well as an enclosed porch. Quirky house originally built in 1810 and added onto in the late 1800s. This is a true 4 season destination with skiing, hiking, swimming, and shopping / dining in Littleton which was voted one of the best small towns in America. Franconia Notch sights and activities are 20 minutes away. Snowmobile and hiking trails on my property.

The farmhouse was built between 1795 and 1800 by the ancestors of the owner. We renovated it in 2017 and added 600 square feet to the original structure. The space combines the charm of the old with the convenience of the new.
