La planta central consta de sala, comedor y cocina totalmente equipada, y en el mismo nivel se encuentran dos recámaras con baño privado, así como un baño adicional. La planta superior consta de tres dormitorios con baño privado, dos de los tres dormitorios tienen un sofá adicional que puede servir como cama supletoria.
