A tranquil haven perfectly situated in Iffley Borders: a 12 minute bus ride into Oxford city centre, a 10 minute walk to the river and within easy access to the ring road. The cabin has its own private entrance, patio, and section of the garden. Inside, the cabin is thoughtfully designed for your comfort and convenience. Fully equipped with its own kitchen, TV, power shower, washer/dryer.

Good clean décor with plenty of light. Set in a family house located on a quiet side road near Cowley /Headington border area. Before booking, please read the parking info in other details Close to Oxford hospitals and Brooks University. Two minute walk to the bus stops on main road with regular (No-10) buses to city centre, Brooks University and Headington also John Radcliffe, Nuffield and Churchill hospitals. C20-30 minutes bus ride to the city centre depending on time of day and traffic.

This light & airy annexe is the perfect place for a trip to Oxford, minimalist decor with subtle influences of Bali. Situated at the bottom of our garden, you’ll have full privacy in this self contained unit. Nearby you can take a picturesque stroll through Iffley Village & along the canal to the city centre, which takes approx. 50 minutes (or 10 minute bus ride). Rose Hill is conveniently located just off a dual carriage way for easy access by car. Free on-street parking is available anytime.

The downstairs has been redesigned in 2024 into a spacious open-plan living-dining kitchen which is the heart of the house. The owners' love for upcycling and craft is visible around the house as is her love for quiet and contemplation. Having lived cross culturally and used to home sharing both the owner and her lodger Ify love to welcome people from near and far. You will feel right at home.

It is on the ground floor with its own entrance and bathroom. A small fridge, microwave and tea and coffee essentials with a kettle are provided. It is near some lovely parks, the multicultural Cowley Road, O2 music venue and on direct bus route to town, railway station, the Churchill and John Radcliffe Hospitals.

Very close to BMW plant and retail park. 3 to 5 minutes walk from the bus stop. Easily accessible by bus to Oxford city center(25–40 minutes) & Oxford train station. The room has been presented with onstreet parking & comes with a desk & chair. Definitely the best value in Oxford!

Breakfast is included. The gardens are extensive. The feeling of the place is that of being in the deep Oxfordshire countryside; but the reality is that we are only 10 minutes walk away from South Oxford and 30 minutes walk away from Oxford centre.
