With lots of trails and the Susquehanna River close by, your family can spend many hours hiking in southern Lancaster County. Experience the local Britain Hill Vineyard,coffee,and ice cream shops nearby. The charming city of Lancaster with its many authentic restaurants is only a 20 minute drive. Large solar heated pool for summer fun! Relax and enjoy the peaceful surroundings on one acre at the end of a cul-de-sac. Large, roomy pet allowed property. Private space all to yourself, with parking and seperate entrance. AC, queen bed, foldout couch, microwave, Keurig coffee, large Air fryer, hot plate and mini fridge. There is a bathroom with necessary toiletries, sink and large walk in shower. If you would like, Amish style sticky bun, fruit and juice will be provided for breakfast.

This is a first-floor, one-bedroom apartment with full eat-in kitchen, and living room with Netflix-only t.v. With a half mile of hiking trails, and over 600 feet of frontage on Octoraro Creek, there are numerous options for taking in the natural beauty: warm up by our two firepits, lounge in a hammock, take a dip in the river, or fish for trout from the shoreline. A secluded retreat that feels remote, but moments from the civilization you came to escape.

Kick back and relax in this handicap accessible, clean and stylish country charm efficiency apartment, complete with two outdoor seating spaces, walking paths and beautiful scenery located in rural southern Lancaster County.
