The top 2 acres are laid out in tropical garden setting with the other 3 acres set out with native Darwin plants visited by lots of native animals and birds. Chill out by the pool, marvel at the local wildlife, enjoy amazing sunsets. The place is only 2 minutes to local supermarket, 5 minutes to a local large shopping centre and 15 minutes to Darwin CBD. This fully equipped large beachfront home is a fisherman's paradise, situated on the point overlooking Fog Bay to catch the cool ocean breezes and spectacular Top End sunsets. Within a short driving distance is the Lodge of Dundee and boat launching facilities, or you might just want to wander down to the beach out front and try your luck at catching a fish.
