Small log cabin with spectacular lake views. There is an extendable bed (2x80cm) in the cabin, as well as a kitchenette (running cold water). Sheets and towels provided. Electricity. Rent includes private use of a spacious wood burning sauna by the lake, about 2h per day (sauna also used by the owners). You can book your slot at arrival. Access to hot water in sauna (heated by wood). Dry toilet next to the sauna. Use of a rowing boat. Cabin is located 50 meters from the house of the owners.

Between fishes – our house on the lake in Finland

Our piece of land is located on Kaita Järvi– an about 8 km long and a few hundred meter wide lake – it is a small peninsula that looks to the south. That means: sun from morning to evening (if it shines). There right on the shore you find our log cabin, with sauna, bathroom, living room with open kitchen and two small bedrooms. A few meters next to it is a studio like guesthouse, the "Aita". It is also very cosy and comfortable, but provides no own bathroom. Village Savonranta is 5 km away.

The apartment has a ready made queen size bed and you can also request for a single bed to be brought up into the living room for a third quest. The apartment has free Netflix, fresh towels and plenty of tableware. So come on in for a worry free and relaxed stay in Joensuu's top locations!

High quality renovated (100 square meter) stunning house 15 meters from the sandy beach of Kuorinka. The house is peacefully located about one kilometer from the public road. The beach is shallow and sandy, water is extremely clear. The house has two spacious bedrooms, a livingroom-kitchen, a large utility room, shower, sauna and separate WC. The living room offers a fabulous view to the lake. The house is surrounded by a large terrace. In the yard is an outdoor sauna and a campfire.

Höytiäisen rannalla olevassa mökissä saat viettää lomaa ainutlaatuisen järvimaiseman äärellä. Puulämmitteisessä saunassa on pehmeät löylyt ja näkymä järvelle. Lattialämmitys ja takka lämmittävät talvella. Ruuan valmistaminen Airfryerillä, mikrossa tai terassilla 5 polttimen kaasugrillillä. Juomaveden saa suoraan keittiön hanasta. Vieraan käytössä on koko mökki, jossa nukkumatilat kahdelle, sauna, wc ja pieni keittiö. Ilmalämpöpumppu takaa sopivan sisälämpötilan. Keskustaan 13km.

Tämä upea huvila on vuonna 2020 käsin veistetty parisataa vuotiaista karjalan keloista. Valtava näköalaikkuna antaa näyttävän näkymän vesistön yli. Huoneistossa on täysin varusteltu keittiö, avara olohuone, kaksi makuuhuonetta, wc sekä saunatilat Lattialämmitys, ilmalämpöpumppu sekä takka takaavat mukavan lämpötilan ympäri vuoden. Loman kruunaa 6 hengen ulkoporeamme, iso palju, sekä avanto. Ei lemmikkejä, ei tupakointia. Liinavaatteet 15€/hlö, loppusiivous 120€.

Tervetuloa rentoutumaan pihapiirimme saunatupaan, järven rannalle! Vaikka pieni, tyylikäs saunatupa on osa asuttua pihapiiriämme, löydät täältä rauhaa, luontoa, yksityisyyttä ja ihanat maisemat. Kohde soveltuu loistavasti myös etätyöskentelyyn! Lahden uimaranta on matala ja sopii hyvin lapsille. Käytössä soutuvene ja SUP-lauta. Omat liinavaatteet ja pyyhkeet tuotava mukana. Tarvittaessa liinavaatteet järjestyy kuitenkin majapaikasta.

Relax with your friends or family in this pittoresque Finnish cottage with a sauna. There is also a rowing boat free to use and to fish. In the hammock you can have a good nap in the sunshine. There is a big patio to have a grill feast and enjoy summer. Great routes for hiking and mointain biking. If you want I can arrange a tub for your stay for extra cost. Please ask for availability.

Mökissä on: ● keittiö ● takka ● 140 cm parivuode ● lakanat ja pyyhkeet ● ilmalämpöpumppu ● puulämmitteinen sauna, jossa vesi lämpeää kiukaan yhteydessä, käytössä matkasuihku ● ulkohuussi (outdoor toilet) Asumme päärakennuksessa (n. 30 m mökistä), mutta vieraat saavat olla omassa rauhassa.
